At Oakswarren pet supplies we aim to get all orders out as soon as possible.
Once the order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email, your order will the be processed , cut and packed ready to be posted out. You will then receive a shipping confimation and tracking number and our courier estimates the delivery period to be 3 to 5 working days. There may be delays due to large volume of orders, stock delays or postal delays out of our control.
Our Postage Prices are calculated on the weight / parcels needed to process the order.

We offer returns upto 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its orignal condition we will refund the order total minus the shipping cost for the return.
We take each return case to case and try work out the best solution.
